ROVING WRAPPER

Our Wrappers are reliable machines capable of continuously producing more than 1.5 million bobbins per year.

Our Wrappers use a sticky film on one side only. You can adjust, from the control panel, the film tension, the number of wrapping turns, the application pressure of the film on the bobbin during wrapping and many other parameters for the use of all types films.

Our Wrappers feature a bottom-folding system using a cold-tensioning process providing an excellent result. Optionally, it is possible to flatten the film after folding thanks to the device called "Plunger".

Our Wrappers are also equipped with a Core Removal System that greatly facilitate the work of the Operators.

Other options are available such as the tracking of bobbins throughout their journey by the installation of a label.

The end result is the perfect packaging of your products, allowing complete reeling without collapsing the fiber.
